Payment

Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of VAT.
Fees should be paid in full within 28 days of the invoice date or seven days prior to the workshop (whichever comes first).

Pure Usability exercises its right to cancel a workshop in exceptional circumstances. Under these circumstances, clients shall be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations by the client should be provided in writing (an email is fine).
In the event of a cancellation by the client, Pure Usability reserves the right to charge the client the following:
- 25% of the total fee if the cancellation is received by Pure Usability more than one month before the scheduled date of the workshop.
- 50% of the total fee if the cancellation is received by Pure Usability more than two weeks before the scheduled date of the workshop.
- 75% of the total fee if the cancellation is received by Pure Usability less than two weeks before the scheduled date of the workshop.
If the client is able to provide a substitute to attend the workshop, no extra charges will be incurred.

Both Pure Usability and the client shall take all reasonable measures and precautions to safeguard any confidential information and data in its possession concerning the affairs of the other.
We will not use any information you provide us with for reasons other than those stated.
We will never pass your information to a third party for any reason, except where activities related to the workshops are subcontracted and sharing of information is necessary. Any subcontractors used will be required to provide signed confirmation that they will treat your personal information as absolutely confidential.

All intellectual property rights in all materials presented remain with Pure Usability. Clients shall not use the Pure Usability training materials for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Pure Usability.
